NaturaLights knows that happy customers are repeat customers. If you should ever receive your order, and something is leaking, broken, missing or just not what you thought you ordered, please email or call us at (800) 774-0104 right away. We'll happily take a look at what you have and see how we can best take care of the situation. We ask that before you return an item, you take a moment to review this page.

If you would like to exchange or return an item for any reason please enclose your invoice and merchandise in the original packaging. Send the box to us via UPS or insured mail to the address below. We cannot accept returns sent C.O.D.

A return authorization number will be issued to you by our staff to include with your return items. Without this number, you may experience a delay in receiving credit for your items.
